  I signed up for personal training at Thrive in the beginning of January of this year. I figured it was finally time to put my health first and it's honestly one of the best decisions I've ever made. My trainer, Kristin, makes every workout challenging and fun. She's taught me so much and I finally look forward to working out, not something I've ever experienced. I was also referred to Renee, another trainer at the gym, because of her extensive nutrition background and experience working with vegetarians. I signed up to work with her as my nutritional coach for a month to learn how to eat and lose weight. Renee provided recipes, a guide on what and how to eat, and kept me accountable every day. The combination of working out with Kristin and dietary coaching with Renee has helped me lose weight, get stronger, gain confidence and on track to reaching my health goals. I highly recommend Thrive Fitness for personal training!
